Consumption

In compliance with Food Standards Australia New Zealand, Graze N’ Things advises that all foods prepared by us have to be consumed or discarded within 4 hours for tables/platters and 3 hours for boxes.

Foods consumed after this time period will be at the consumers own risk. Consumers should take necessary precautions and measures when consuming and handling our products.

We accept no liability or responsibility to any illness, sickness or damage caused due to consumers not abiding by the terms and conditions regarding our consumption standards.

Bookings & Payments

Tables – For confirmed table bookings a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit has to be paid by within 72 hours to secure a date which is subject to availability. Confirmed table bookings where a deposit has been made, remaining amount must be made 3 days BEFORE client’s proposed date of event. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and the amount paid forfeited.

Platters – For confirmed platter orders full payment within 24 hours. 

Boxes – For confirmed box order full payment must be made within 24 hours.

Cancellations

We understand unfortunate events may happen:

Boxes
3 days prior – 100% refund
Prior 24 hours – 50% refund
Within 24 hours – NO refund


Tables / Platters
7 days or more – $100 deposit refundable or total amount paid at the time
4-6 days before event – 50% of the amount paid refundable 
Within 3 days of event – NO refund on the amount that has been paid at the time of cancellation
