Everyone loved the food and our staff said it was so perfect for the event. And you were so right about the size of the platter when I had a moment of doubt so thank you for taking the time to allay my fears. I told several of my colleagues that you were the best decision I made for this event.

The leftover platters went to a local community pantry and we were told several families in need were so grateful for them and one homeless man had “all his Christmases come at once”. A couple of families in need from our event also went home with a platter so just know your work made a tangible impact this Christmas.
