How long does setup take for grazing tables?

How long do our tables, platters and boxes last?

Meats, cheeses, dips, and fruits on tables and platters should be consumed or discarded within 4 hours from setup/delivery. Boxes should be consumed within 3 hours of delivery or refrigerated immediately.

What are the travel fees?

For Tables/Platters: included within 10km of Wantirna South. Beyond that: 10-15km: $20 15-20km: $25 20-25km: $30 25-30km: $40 30-40km: $50 40-50km: $60 Over 50km: enquire within + $20 flat fee for props setup. This fee includes pick up of our props from your event location/home address For Boxes: included within 5km of Wantirna South. Is there a set up fee on top?

This is a common question for all our grazing tables – the answer is NO! We do not charge an extra fee for setting up the food. The prices listed for our grazing tables include us setting up your grazing table. All prices on our website include GST.

How do I book and pay for a table/platter or a box?

For tables: visit our website or email us. A $100 deposit is required upon confirmation, due within 72 hours to secure your date. The balance is due at least 3 days before your event date. For boxes/platters: book via our website or email. Availability is confirmed via invoice or email, and full payment is required within 48 hours of delivery date to secure your order.

How much notice do you need and what do I need to do to prepare?

For all grazing tables, minimum 7 days notice is required. Ensure availability of an adequately sized table, away from direct sunlight and in a cool area. Good natural lighting makes our tables pop! For all platters boxes, minimum 48 hours notice or more is required.

What do I do with the boards and equipment once my event has finished?

For props setups, dispose of all products post-event. Clients are required to wash the boards after disposing everything and pickup is included in travel free. We charge a $120 cleaning fee if props are still dirty or not returned. Alternatively, we have a $100 flat fee same day clean up and pack up post event – subject to availability.

Can you provide a Public Liability Certificate?

Yes. Some venues require a Public Liability Insurance or Food Safety Handling Certificate from us prior to our arrival in case of any accidents on the day. We are registered, certified and insured.
